    Jim Moonier

    Chairman

    Jim has over thirty-five years of experience in the financial services industry with MRA Advisors inc., Alpha Capital Research, Morgan Stanley and Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. of New York. He has extensive global experience in capital markets and the investment management business, including roles in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, Taipei and Honolulu. Jim was in charge of Morgan Stanley’s commodities trading operation in Singapore for almost 10 years.

    Mark Heath

    Director

    USCPA. After working at Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) in Texas, Mark moved to Guam to join Peat Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG). Thereafter, he became an instructor of accounting at the University of Guam and taught students from Palau, Guam, CNMI, FSM and the Marshalls. In 1986, he became Chief Financial Officer of the University of Guam and held that position under various titles such as Controller, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Administration and Finance. He took a keen interest in investment and capital markets, and took a part-time position with a fund management firm, which became a full-time position after he retired from the University of Guam. He has been CFO of MRA since 2005.

    Eugene has over 16 years experience in commercial banking, capital markets and corporate advisory. He previously served as a non-executive director of various ASX listed companies. Eugene is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and received his Bachelor of Business degree with a major in finance.

Troy Brice

Chief Executive Officer & Director

Troy is an experienced mining professional, Director & Chief Executive Officer. An international business leader with a commitment to team development and business strengthening. Troy’s strong background in the resources, O&G and maritime industries, positions him to deliver immediate results for the business. An experienced Board Director, his functional specialization includes commercial, operations, production, business development, M&A, shipping, and supply chain management. His mining experience with Shell Coal & Rio Tinto extends across five continents in a range of commodities, in exploration, greenfield development and brownfield expansion projects. Troy is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Australia, the University of New England, Duke University, INSEAD France and Southern Cross University.

Tristan Garthe

Chief Financial Officer & DIRECTOR

Tristan brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the mining industry to the Company. With a proven track record of strategic financial management, he is committed to sustainable and responsible mining practices and driving financial success and long-term growth. An experienced executive, he possesses 20 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, overseeing financial strategy and optimising performance through robust practices and risk management. He has diverse experience within the minerals and coal industries in Australia and Africa, for listed and international resources companies across operational assets and development projects. Tristan is a FCPA and holds an MBA, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Graduate of the AICD and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Ashley Quayle

Senior Site Executive

Ashley is a high energy, and results driven professional with extensive experience and qualifications within the Mining industry. She is experienced in operational planning and execution, in both corporate and frontline operational roles. She is a dedicated team player with proven communication skills. An impressive track record in leadership roles with the ability to empower, develop, mentor and motivate teams to achieve desired business and safety outcomes. Ashley has Qualifications in Drilling and Blasting, Diplomas in Surface Operations Management and Paramedical Science as well as being recognised as an Australia Day Award Winner. Ashley’s diverse range of expertise and dedication will continue to benefit the mine development & growth of the company.

Olivia Merrick

Environmental Manager

Olivia has over 20 years industry experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects for large-scale resources and renewables development to achieve environmental compliance excellence. Her technical base spans all facets of environmental management and compliance obligations and she has a wide understanding of Australian jurisdiction's nuanced environment planning and approvals pathways, at both the impact assessment and on-ground compliance implementation stages.

Collin Loots

General Manager, Operations

Collin is an accomplished General Manager with 25+ years of experience in the Mining and Minerals industry. He has a proven track record of leading successful teams, optimising mining operational processes, and driving business growth. With expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and efficient workflows, Collin fosters a positive work environment while addressing complex challenges. His background includes managing multi-million-dollar greenfield and brownfield expansion projects and operations improvements for top tier mining companies like Rio Tinto, BHP, FMG and Talison Lithium. Collin has held various strategic leadership roles, making him a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and business success.

Michael Kelleher

Resource Development Manager

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry spanning operational, commercial, planning, projects, and improvement roles. As a Mining Engineer, Open Cut Examiner, with additional advanced qualifications, Michael has deep operational and planning knowledge across a range of commodities and applies a disciplined, strategic approach to exploration and resource development. A care driven and people focused leader, Michael’s focus is to execute the Huntore business strategy and deliver a sustainable, high-performance culture in support of intelligent & methodical company growth.
